I had reported this seller in the past for an identical coin but the community did not come to the same conclusion as I. The pictures are slightly better this time and I believe this to be counterfeit.

The date really stands out to me, I usually identify the large date 1875 by the top of the 5. The top of it is longer and curves down towards the base. the base of the 5 also protrudes out a lot more than the SD. This coin has those features which would indicate it is a LD to me. Another marker for the LD is a thicker 1. This is where this coin goes wrong. This coin has a very thin 1.

I find it very weird that this seller has had 2 identical 1875 LDs for sale. I could be wrong again, I'm hoping that someone else from the community sees what I'm seeing this time.

The devices in the date don't look right at all and it has that look. I can't say 100% it's fake because of the pics, but it does not look right in a number of ways, the devices on the date, also the rim on the reverse as well as completely unnatural weakness in the back of the hair

Edited to add
The more I look the more obvious it is, the date is so wrong.
Good eye !

Inconclusive from those poor pics.
Look at the 1 on the counterfeit from an earlier thread of yours AgHoarder.
If the 1 of the sellers coin has the same sloped top it's a counterfeit.

There's also damage on the plastic flip that allows one to identify that the coin is of medal alignment not coin alignment which is incorrect. The seller also sold a 1921 5 cents for 500$ in the past year as seen in feedback.

You are right Alan.
Good eye.
The coin shown is in medal alignment.
The fold of the 2X2 is at the top in both pics, you can tell by the little "chads" on the sides and bottom in the pics.
That means the coin is counterfeit.
Time for the OP to move this to the counterfeit section.
Hopefully it will be removed before the auction ends.
