2006-P LC 2006-P-1-DO-003 Match - Not So Many Pictures This Time :)

CoinCents Pillar of the Community United States 3656 Posts	Posted 05/30/2016 06:06 am So you see my post (and say OH NO - too many pictures lately?) Not to worry though this one only has a few. I have been bombing out - when I think it is good. So instead calling upon too much of your time = I have just provided the main DDO photo's that I believe are a match. The saying usually goes "the 3rd time's a charm" - though for me this week I think this is number 6 - Any how - what do you all think? - Did I get it right this time? Need more pictures (probably not) but all comments are welcome. I just added in the Ear - very thick and that is mentioned on a lot of the listings. Thank you very much. CoinCents Pillar of the Community United States 3656 Posts	Posted 05/30/2016 12:47 pm Well I am using the same microscope (no change there) but obviously something is not right. I never was the best at pictures but recently much worse. I have included a another picture - hopefully that will do better showing the ear. CoinCents Pillar of the Community United States 3656 Posts	Posted 05/30/2016 2:44 pm Yes, I have some matching markers to the 1DO-003- but not all - and there are so many for this year. I do not appear to have the forehead crack, any I don't think that my ear matches now that I am trying to do the overlay. Mine does have the extra thickness in ear, beard etc. I will keep working on it. I do believe that my Reverse is EDS though - so maybe we can get that confirmed to narrow the field of selection on the listing information - I am using the coppercoins website for now. I see the marker under the right base on rim near the 'T' on CENT. Nice find. The finder of this variety got a box of OBW rolls and found several varieties in this box and made a killing on them. So 1DO-003 confirmed - Thanks coop - on the MDS die marker list for the Reverse crack - I am just not seeing it - usually the die cracks I can pick up on with my scope - so that is why I was going for the EDS die marker (the die gauge by the T) Such a huge learning process for me - thank you for your patience. The finder of this variety - I am sure was quite pleased - I see that Wexlers had it listed as a Best Of Variety - but there are no pictures or details on the website - Did he remove the listing or does he just need an LC to photograph for his listing?
