Looks like the Maze coin is the hot one, only 300 left.

I'd love to see a maze coin race to see who of the potential 8000 owners can do it the quickest.

I've received the Newsletter but still no advanced notice on June's release. What's the deal? Anyone late getting a notice?

The Maze coin might be a sleeper, only 344 left on the 1st day of MC pre-ordering.

I didn't get the advance noticed either but that's due to me not spending much. I am only a platinum member

The newsletter sent tonight by RCM had a video of the Maple Leaf Maze coin. I liked it this morning when I got the advance notice and I like it even more tonight after that video and newsletter.

I wouldn't call it a sleeper at all. It's pretty much the exact opposite, since the general public likely won't even get a chance to buy it. Heck, gold MC might not even. The newsletter sent to me as mentioned earlier apparently was in error but my rep still allowed me to place an order for the maze anyhow. I decided to only buy coins that are going to be a huge hit from now on. This will be one, as much as any coin can be nowadays. If not an increase in value, it will maintain issue is my bet. I want my collection to be past to future generations and be worth more than I'm paying, not 50-60%. This coin will do that. Unlike so many in my collection. With that being said, the coin is an interesting idea, but falls into the gimmick category along with the glass coins, glow in the dark, maple leaf shaped, egg etc. A nice touch would have been to have the tiny 1.5mm ball be made of gold or platinum. That's assuming the different metals wouldn't react negatively together, Or with the capsule. A nicer touch would have been to make this a free coin to MC members only with the ball being made of whatever tier you sit on. That would certainly be a huge seller on the secondary market although personally, it'd be a coin I'd never sell.

I'd like to see a maze coin using the entire surface of a side on a good old 5oz. It'd like it to require a high powered microscope to see it as well. Lol. Well, maybe just a dollar store quality magnifying glass. No ball. No gimmick just a design that doubles as a maze. With the finest of detail. I want to see less "innovative technology" and more of the fine art of engraving.

The maze coin has a built-in mechanism for lowering its grade. The more the ball rolls around and bounces off the walls of the maze, the lower the grade of the coin goes! I wonder how the grading services (PCGS, NGC) will handle this one considering they have a grade guarantee once it's in their holder!

Perhaps that's why brass was selected? But after reading the newsletter it seems as though they took this into consideration and even made a reference to the research going into it not losing its value or appearance from its playability factor.

Another interesting gimmick coin would be a re-do of the goggle map of Toronto coin, (which is one of my personal favourites) and you get a little tiny car, in which to navigate said coin/map while a timer counts down, which represents your deadline to get to work. And the coin should have millions of other tiny cars popping up in front of you randomly, until the timer runs out and you turn into a hot sweaty mess because the A/C doesn't blow, which sucks. If you make it before the timer runs out, you get to keep the coin. If not, you have to sell it because you're probably going to get fired.
