Ziggy,

That's a tough one. It's hard for me to tell if there is any rub or luster under the toning. If there is no rub and some luster there, I would say MS63. The obverse isn't as sharply struck as the reverse and there's just one small hit on the 'o' in 'one'. If there is rub under there, AU55. Nice looking Barber!

I know the scanner doesn't do justice but it's all I have. Tons of luster on this and I can't find any rubs.

Is it the scanner that makes it appear as if the coin was cleaned in the middle of the reverse?

Very nice Barber looks MS-60 but it maybe higher grade.
It looks to have good eye appeal so send off NGC or PCGS or ANACS

MS60 at the very least. Probably MS63.
