I'd guess Isaac II Angelus for the first one based on the clearer (concave) side, but I really have no clue on these. Echizento is familiar with these. I'm sure he'll chime in.

Your first coin appears to be Isaac II Angelus 1185-1195, Not enough detail on the obverse to give is a Sear number.

I believe the other coin is Alexius I Comnunus 1081-1118, Not a lot of detail to go one so I can't give you a Sear number for this one either.
