1968 D Roosevelt Dime- Double Nostril And Square Shape Head Please

Need help with with this 1968 d dime that may have double nostril, and a big eye really weird looking. Focus on the area of his nose and it also looks like a split face, also there are two marks where the eyebrow is. Plus the back of his head is a straight up and down cut and not in the round shape. Would like your opinions please and one last thing I noticed was the number 8 in 1968 it looks a bit off to me left half is bolder than the right thanks -slymer
