Appears to be some minor doubling at top outside of last coulumn. More curious about small lines at top between last three columns. Are these flow lines?

Couple more pictures Bill.

On the top of the first tier there are extra bumps, cause I don't know the correct terminology, between the first three bumps.

Could be hub doubling, nothing definitive in the images. This one would have to be examined close-up.

Let's see a picture that is backed up a little bit.

Still, I would want to do computer image overlays to determine whether this is what it appears to be. That would have to be done in a controlled environment with the correct equipment.

Charles, is a coin like this worth hanging on to and sending your way, once you get settled in, for evaluation?

I would say so. It would take about an hour to determine what it is for sure. It appears that it could - COULD - be an important discovery, but there's no telling without proper imaging.

The lines outside the memorial concern me...but the lines inside the bays do look strikingly like the 1994 doubled die reverse that really started this whole subject. An overlay of those lines (on the 1994) do match up exactly with the fluting lines on the columns, so that's the first step with this coin. These are either fluting line doubling, which would be big, or they are well placed gouges of some sort that continue with the (almost certainly) gouges on the outside of the memorial building.

I agree with Coppercoins. He needs to look at it, that stuff inside the bays is very intriguing....

Huh, 1994 which started all this, I'm lost. Never mind, 2nd cup of coffee and I've found my way. Thanks.
