Would NGC regrade/correct a variety that has not been labeled as such. Are there varieties they will not grade as I have heard that ICCS won't grade varieties if they're not in the Charlton guide. For instance 1858 10 Cents to an 1858 over 1858 or at least a Repunched 5 if any of those exist and are considered varieties. Because the 1858 I have seems to have to entire date doubled but the doubling is stronger on the 5. It also has a die crack as well as doubling on the lettering. It is an AU50.
My problem is, I can see the doubling correctly with a magn. glass but am having trouble taking close-up photos at the right angle to show it.
