I'm thinking about getting this coin. The seller says the obverse was a restrike on a double reverse strike. Does anyone know what that means (rank newbie here). You can see that there's some sort of overstrike by looking at the area around the legend on the bottom of both sides. Is this a desirable coin? I really like the detail, but don't know anything about errors. Do they increase the value of the coin? Also, does anyone see any indication that this might be fake? Thanks!

Been trying to learn more about striking errors. Looking at what appears to be an incuse mirror-image on the reverse by the bullet between IND and REX of the 84 from the 1784 on the obverse, could this be brockage and a restrike? Also, would that increase or decrease the value of the coin, or have no effect on it? I'm surprised that so many people have looked at this post without commenting. Again, thanks.
