Two things can leave the devices flattened. Circulation and
Struck Through Grease. When we see a
Struck Through Grease issue the devices appear larger. Note on LIBERTY. The 'L' is widened a flat looking. A sign that the die was almost totally filled. Possible problem might be the wiping down of the dies with a cloth. It moves the grease in certain areas and normal in the central areas. Note again on LIBERTY. The last few devices are normal. So you hit it on the head with a struck through error. (grease)
