Coin 1: I'd need to see the edge. Right now I'd label it PMD damage.

Coin 2: Yeh, a slight die alignment problem on the obverse.
The metal flow lines on the reverse says "late die state" to me.

On the 1980-P there is a rim clash that you are seeing on the RTY on LIBERTY. The reverse die on this on is showing a VLDS when your coin was struck.
