Hi folks. newbie here with an old collection of coins I inherited. I will probably be posting pics of the coinsI think have some worth here in the future. Was wondering if anyone had an idea of grading of the following coin.

VG 8, perhaps details due to the deep scratch in the reverse

Is the reverse rotated or is that just the pics?.. 86o does have known rotated dies

I just flipped the coin over. although looking at the coin again toniit looks like it has an offset die..I never noticed it before.
