Large date over small date or MD (since doubling is on date only, and it shelf-like).

Large date with machine damage on the devices after the strike. The 7 is low placement, the tip of the 9 is pointing towards the bottom of the 7.

Yes, I think the die jumped a little and struck it twice. Looks to me like it got the mintmark too. Strike Doubling, one for the spendable pile.

Only struck but once on business strike coin. After the strike if the machine is loose, it will bounce/hop/slide, damaging the devices. That is what you are seeing on this coin.
