If that doesn't work they make more aggressive chemicals like EZEst and the like. Not recommended, but they are sold in coin stores so somebody is using this stuff.
Three, that toning isn't objectionable to me a guy who collects these. I'd leave them as is. If you want some shinier ones, buy them shiny.
Edit: didn't notice the black at 11 o'clock. Acetone is safe, the others aren't. If you want to try it, do it lightly and experiment on a junk coin of the same metal first.
