It is a slot machine token from back in the day the hole was for no payout of cigars, gum or candy when it was replayed in the machine. There are ten's of thousands of that style tokens with any combinations of numbers which were either the machine number or store, the letters can be either the store or operators. the point of having a vending machine attached to the slot machines were to get around the gambling laws. The tokens that were payed oy instead of coins was people would tend to replay them rather than money. there are plenty of examples of these tokens on this forum. Value can be from .25 to $1.00 mostly what somebody is willing to pay for it.
