Thanks Mont and Alpha. The seller had MS 64 PL, which I thought was a bit generous. I still thought a fair deal at $115. Agree? It is a upgrade for my Dansco.

Note sure if fully PL, but I can see the 64 if the luster is intense.

Easily 63+ and look at least semi-PL.

I think it could make 64. Most of the noise on the cheek looks like breaks in the frost rather than contact marks. Good shot at PL as well.

I think the obverse may make PL but the reverse will hold it back from being graded as such.
