I received this coin from my Uncle. I found that it is a silver dollar, maybe 1914 due to the 6 characters on the top? Possibly later in the 20's? One thing I cannot figure out is the extra characters to the right of Yuan Shikai. Does this mean it is counterfeit?

There are excessively rare examples that circulated similar to this. The counterstamp is to note that it was in use in the Soviet China region. Most examples are not genuine and yours unfortunately is one of them.
