That is not significant. I have tried to annotate the image below. It is written in the local language. You can find the numerals in Gujarati numeral illustration of South Asian Coins catalogue of Krause Publications.

Name of the state is written in PersoArabic script. Denomination is in Devanagari and reads "Dokdo" meaning Dokda.
