They have three on there. This one only has one extra claw. It looks more like a finger. All have the break under the tail feathers.

Very cool  I have been waiting on your post. I like it  Great photo taking - it actually looks like it is in flight. So by the date then, those are die gouges? coop has been educating me on these lately.

Gouges are a little bigger than chips, both are breaks. They are missing areas of the die. Glad ya'll like it.

I mean by the date (15) those are gouges? I didn't know that a die gouge was from a break in the die (thanks) I learn something new with each post

Quick- list it on ebay for $5,000,000 claiming its a one of a kind double struck rotated 360 in collar DDR struck on an 1971 canadian quarter! LOL, nice find! Too bad it isn't a DDR!

Yes I hear ya, COTW. Some of those people get carried away on there. Some of them should be carried away. When they tell bald-faced lies, I think ebay should cancel their account. There was one on there the other day, I think it was $35000. I think most people with the capacity to pay that, also have the capacity to know better.
