I don't see anything listed in that date. Maybe post a picture of a regular ear for comparison.

The lines look incuse like machine damage would be. But it would be nice to see some outer devices to see what is there?

Get some pictures of the outer devices so we can see if it is machine damage.

By the outer devices, we mean the date, In God We Trust and Liberty. But I think I see some MD on the 9. I will say MD but we will need pics of the outer devices to fully be sure.

It looks like MDD on the lips, 9 and ear to me.

I feel this is an issue with the strike that left some minor machine damage after the strike. I see nothing enlarged that would indicate hub doubling. So it is a normal coin with slight MD

I was thinking a strike issue with minor LDS adding to the look of it being separated. So yeah basically the same thing no value but good eye. I always look on outsides and centers of coins for signs
