rule of thumb is that the printing needs to be cut off to be worth anything, also the condition of this bill is ruff. toss it back.

Sorry, no. You pretty much have to have a completely missing margin to even have an entry-level cutting error.

OMG

I would say to slide it into a vending machine, but I'm not sure if the vending machine would want it.
The margins are uneven, and the third print a little off center, but within tolerances. Spend it sir.
