I had my doubts on this one. Why? The tops of the '19' and part of the '8' looked flattened a bit like circulation damage. No line was visible on the top of the tail of the '9'. (probably wiped out by the event on the first three letters on the coin?) But the base of those devices didn't look altered. So I looked it up on coppercoins:

And I saw the line on the '9'. But rather than discount it yet, I check the markers. The 'TY' had exactly the same markers. So my suspicion was dismissed. (Just a peak at how my mind works)
