Anyone know what caused this to happen? It looks like Lincoln's head on the reverse is indented, but the monument on the obverse is not.

Yep. Thanks Canada. I didn't know what a die clash was, even though I'd heard of it before, I get so caught up in looking for DDO's that I didn't pay attention to things like this.

Quote: What does that mean? One of the nicest clashed dies seen in a while. Though showing some spots and finger prints, then possible split plating along the rim. Protect it as best you can. Place in a 2x2 coin flip or better for protection. Thanks, Doug.

Actually it is a triple event die clash (three clashes close together). If possible, I would like to put this one on MADdieclashes.com. Please PM me your permission to use your images and your name.
Thanks.
