It is a 1960-D Small date. The mark on the inside loop of the '6' is on all the small date cents that year.

It is the first thing I look for on the small dates that year. The second thing is the short ends of the '96' on the date.

On the 'R' it looks like some die damage on the field on that device. (leaving the raised area near that device)

On the tops of the devices on the motto (last three images) you can see on the top of these devices and next to the rim area, the view of a coin that is showing die wear. Probably in the late MDS. Note the flow lines on the fields are starting to come into view, while most of the devices are still fairly strong yet.

Other than that, I see a normal coin.

I forgot, does the small date bring any premium? I don't think so but I just wanted to make sure.

The small date Denver one is common. The small date Philly ones are the premium coins.
