"States of" almost gone
Visible to the eye lip over the edge.

Im new to collecting and would love some help figuring this head scratcher out. So many things going on here.

you have a well worn, ordianry 72D Memorial cent.
the only reason that I would keep it is because it is a pre 1982 (copper content).

i dont think ot needs to be kept in any special holder (2x2). I keep my copper cents in plastic coffee cans (seperated into decades 40's/50's.....)

just my opinion.

Slight MAD. Miss aligned die. Not enough to have any added value. The states is a common weak spot because the shoulder on the obverse takes a lot of material to fill in. And Lincoln suffers from road rash.
