Found this one, might be a PMD because of the lack of date, but I don't see any consistent wearing across the obverse (such as from a coin rolling machine).
Thoughts?

Looks like Struck Through Grease. I see also in the word TRUST.

Greaser. The grease is put there purposly, when too much grease is in one place, the device it is blocking does not get fully struck or not struck at all. Here is an image form cop explaining it.
