I came across this coin, and I have no idea where it could be from, or what it is. I'm new to coin collecting, so this would help a ton
The only thing on it is the number 2 and the year 1910. Thanks for your help!

Yup. The double-headed eagle makes it Austria (the Russians use one, but it's different).

Actually it's from the Austro-Hungarian empire. I found a couple of similar coins in a coin lot I received in the mail yesterday. But it is indeed 2 Heller.

It is Austria. Both Austria and Hungary issued their own coins in 1910. Austria is denominated Heller, Hungary denominated Filler.
