i have since 2010 a new complete roll in plastic 2010 pennies since I knew they were going to discontinue them which they did on feb 4 th 2010 which is my birthday I would like to know my ? is since they are in the plastic wrap are they considered to be uncirculated or are they circulated since I'm nuebee to this I would like to get an answer thanks

They are uncirculated.
Most from the mint were in plastic wrap for 2010.
2010s are not significant.
The last penny was struck in May 2012.
The mint ceased distributing them in Feb. 2013
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

thanks ill continue to hold on to them and they are in a medical glove to keep it from tarnishing thank you for your honest answer so I guess it only worth 50 cents then for the whole roll?

also would like to know if you heard of INB interantional numismatic bureau are they reputable firm bc I have quite I few coins from them all US coins
