gorgon666 New Member Canada 38 Posts	Posted 07/02/2016 3:19 pm i have since 2010 a new complete roll in plastic 2010 pennies since I knew they were going to discontinue them which they did on feb 4 th 2010 which is my birthday I would like to know my ? is since they are in the plastic wrap are they considered to be uncirculated or are they circulated since I'm nuebee to this I would like to get an answer thanks Report this Post to the Staff

The last penny was struck in May 2012. The mint ceased distributing them in Feb. 2013 "Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website Report this Post to the Staff
