Hello everyone :-)

I found this coin in a tin of coins that was passed to me from my Gramps,

It's 2.5cm
2g in weight
Not magnetic but is some kind of metal

The head side is very worn but the back is pretty clear.

Any help or hints would be very much appreciated!
