Can you provide a picture of the reverse?

The obverse alone doesn't give enough information.

And I'm fairly certain it's a replica. Original Teutonic Order coins of this design were hammered, as far as I can tell, and this coin definitely is machine-struck. You can see an original example on this Polish website.

I'd observe that it's a bit off center, and appears as if it might've been polished. I agree with Sap insofar that it's suspiciously round and to a degree rather modern looking, so the possibility of its being a reproduction is very much in play.

And since nobody has yet said it, welcome.
