The Royal Mint - Struck in 999 Ag Fine Silver, The Welsh Dragon Celebration 2016 UK £20 Fine Silver Coin is the third in the Commemorative Series in 2016 by The Royal Mint. The coin is designed by Royal Academy of Art graduate and celebrated Royal Academy sculptor, Norman Sillman. Commissioned by The Royal Mint in 1995 and 2000, Sillman was the first to emboss the dragon onto the £1 coin, and has remained in the pockets of the Great British public ever since.

So the first one for 2016 was the Queen's 90th Birthday. They say this is the 3rd one. So what is the 2nd one since I don't recall any announcement for the 2nd one.

Seems a bit weird to release a design that everyone knows and recognises, it's like a pound coin, nothing more.

Here is why The Royal Mint is saying it is the third one for 2016:

From their Facebook page when someone asked:

"Hi Stanley, thanks for getting in touch. The second in the 2016 £20 coin series is an exclusive presentation only available at The Royal Mint Experience. Hope this helps."

Not exactly sure what that means but it sounds like the same coin in the different package.
