Is this the same slab ? I have doubts and one of them is the severity of the rim damage at 9' clock.

Looks like the same coin to me. Too many of the nicks/dings in the same locations in both sets of pictures. Looks like the seller used a different lighting set up for his pics...

Looks like the same coin with photos taken under different lighting conditions.

Looks like s/he didn't like the result and NGC and cracked it out in the hopes PCGS would miss it...
