I just received a couple of rolls of BU 90% silver quarters from APMEX. I opened one roll and noticed when you look at the coins from different angle, you see brownish spot and smear stains on both sides of majority of this roll. Can the experts tell me what this is,how did it happen, does this lower the grading and finally should I return? HELP,,,, Thanks in advance.

Sounds like some light toning, but we would need pics to know for sure.
