Missing particular Markers..? Seems to have the horns... maybe it`s just the corrosion giving that effect.

Yes it's just the corrosion.
The left horn is too high and too far left, the right horn is not there nor any portion of the top of the five.
The obverse is far too corroded to see a possible repunched A.

I say no on this one----remains of a 5 should show up clearly inside the upper loop of the 8.
