I can't tell anything from the images provided. But keep in mind the 1968-1972 cents had a lot of machine damage on the devices. This is falls into that range. They look like this: These are not doubled dies, but strikes that the machine damaged after the strike. If you note the devices are fully there, but the upper parts are damaged on these. They are common. Many often think they have found some rare, but they are not.
