Group of overpriced items.

Chinese bullion 3oz silver bar for CAD 300?
From year 2013, but advertised as 2016 (to be more current) in order to catch unsuspecting customers?

The Four Seasons - 2013

I don't get why RCM is selling 2013 coins sets for other mints either, particularly at what appears to be full price. Furthermore it's concerning that it may indicate any of RCM's not-sold-out mintages can be resurrected years later from the storage room as well.

On another general point of interest, could anyone please explain the connection between the Mint of Poland in Warsaw and the Country of Niue?

Q: Has this coin got any value to it, or is it just a collectors piece?

A: Thank you for your question. The answer to your question depends on the meaning of the word value. You may value this piece as it is a beautiful work of art, that will display well in your collection. It may add value to your collection as it is from the Mint of Poland, and might be your only coin from that mint. And each coin has a face value of 2 dollars from Niue, the country of issue, so they do have an assigned face value as well. This coin set is primarily a collector's piece as the difference between the face value and the actual purchase price are quite different.

Niue is a dumping ground for NCLT. In the maze coin thread someone joked about a Pokemone GO coin, well guess what! Niue had a Pokemon coin quiet a while ago.

They also have coins for SpongeBob SquarePants, Monopoly, and Tom and Jerry.

There's a reason they have almost 70 pages in the 2015 Krause 21st century catalog. God knows what crazy idea Niue has planned for this year.
