Andrew99 CCF Advertiser United States 1533 Posts	Posted 07/16/2016 12:37 pm I don't see how a repair could have caused raised dots on the surfaces. It has all the diagnostic die characteristics of B-1, but the dots are not present on B-1 so it is either a counterfeit or post-mint damage. I cannot understand what kind of process would damage a coin to product raised dots all over the obverse and reverse, even in recessed areas, so my conclusion is that it is fake. Check out this Anacs genuine F-15 with altered surfaces.
