While I am not an expert at all, the only thing that catches my eyes is the "M" at the top, and the two marks on the rim towards the bottom. Are the raised, or lowered? Though, in all honesty, any imperfection on the coin looks like PMD to me.

What I'm seeing, is heavy rev. wear. The obv. looked like an RPM, at 1st glance.
I believe they are all rotated, though.
