What do you think? The coin is actually very shiny and all of LIBERTY is very clear. The scan almost makes it look like it's dirty or something. What would you say as the grade and poss value?

Thanks!

Looks like a 1900-S. Scan makes it look circulated; worth bullion value in circulated grades.

Can't really seen any luster or life on that coin.

I know, but the coin is shiny --we will maybe take pics of it instead of using the scanner. My sis-in-law even commented how the scan made the coin look "dirty". It is a mildly circulated coin but EF45 states "some of the mint luster present" , but it's better than that . We will in the future have it professionally graded because it belongs to my hubby and his 4 siblings--so if they eventually decide to sell, it will have to be graded.
Thanks for your input! It is much appreciated and a good test for me as a beginner

I'm going with AU58 based on your comments about the unseen condition of the coin.

If it's a 1900-S

Numismedia value: $1140
PCGS value: $1140

Both value the 1900 and 1900-S the same.
