Someone is probably going to get upset with you for using all caps bc some consider it to be yelling. Just FYI. I personally couldn't care less about all caps I just wanted you to brace yourself.

This could be a coin of the Indian state of Kutch, probably a 3 dokdo of 1888.

You are right bart. It is Kutch and the ruler is Khengarji, issued in the name of Queen Victoria (of GB), in AD.1888
