I walk into the supermarket and there's an OG putting pounds upon pounds of pennies into the Coin Star. I take a look-peek-see at the last half-gallon jug and see they're Wheaties. I ask him would he simply sell them to me. In his Greek patois, he tells me he works for Meester Millionaire and Meester wants a Coin Star receipt from the machine for every coin he sent Zorba to cash in.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHH !!

I would be calling CoinStar or somebody ASAP to find a way to intercept them!

On that note, does anyone know who services the coinstar machines? Would it be one of the armored car companies in the area or does the coinstar company have its own people because this possibly be a great way to get a hold of old coins that get dropped in.

Also,
Check the rolled coin before they go into the coinstar ...and don't forget to give the OG your name and # so you can get to the coins next time.

Another thought...
The coinMaster machine I check out would have kicked those wheaties out in the reject bin.

I just found the edit button!

Sorry, I really didn't mean to make you feel worse.

Oh man...I share your pain, LOL!
You mean to say this guy returns to "mr. millionaire" with Coinstar receipts, only for the guy to be sent back to the grocer for redemption?
Oh well...I hope there weren't any 09-25 wheats in there.

I talked to Coin Star...Brinks picks up the coins and takes them to a bank. Coin Star doesn't know which bank in which area, etc.

If you had the time, you could stake out that supermarket and follow the Brinks truck to the bank,

Nice, Kurt !! I'll wear all-black, a baseball cap, and shades when I do it.

I can tell you this, after talking with the banks....they aint gonna sell me any coins from the truck or their stock. The banks I talk to require I order THROUGH them, not FROM them.
