If this is for a Class IVb Edward I penny minted in London then the Spinks number would be S1395 and North 1024.

England's striking history could be a good book for you.Enjoyable read and great for ID'ing. I have North,Spink,Wren,Coincraft but this Bad Boy cuts the mustard.
