Are there any large old British coins that are similar in size of Morgan or Peace dollars and made out of silver? I'm looking to spend around 20 pounds if possible.

There are south african 5 shillings 1948-1952 are 80% silver, they are slightly larger and thicker than Morgan dollars.
In BU condition they are about $17

You could probably get a G or VG Victorian Jubilee Head (1887-92) crown for about that (sterling silver), and the George V 1935 Silver Jubilee and George VI 1937 Coronation issues (50% silver) should be obtainable easily in decent condition for that amount.

Thanks for all the help. Unfortunately, I ended up not buying anything. The guy from Gold Coin Buyers wouldn't get off the phone when I visited 2 different times, the coin shop on Cecil Court twice priced me too high, and The Medal Company guy looked like he was pretending to be busy. Oh well. I'll get something online.

The London shops (only a couple) will not be a place to buy from.
Online or from a fair will be your best bet.
