A saw this one in a Stack's auction. I don't like to look of the patina on this spade coin. It has the glossy look that I warn others to avoid, and the obverse looks enameled, another bad sign. This looks like a coin from the inventory of the nefarious seller best66666.

So, your thoughts?

I've tried to get Bobby to get rid of this seller, but his contacts won't touch him as they don't know enough about ancient Chinese coinage to make a certain determination. Not their fault or anyone else's.

Not really knowing enough about these coins, I do however agree that the patina looks very odd. It looks like it was applied and than baked on giving that glossy appearance. If a fake I'm surprised Sixbids didn't catch it.
