This one's easiest, so I'll start here.

The pics are upside down. When pasted into my graphics program, cropped, flipped around and brightened up, to can see the details. It's an Indian States coin, with "Indian script" on one side and "Arabic script" on the other. You can see at the bottom of the "Indian side" the date 1964 in Gujarati numerals. That would be in the Vikramasamvat calendar, correlating to 1907 AD.
