Lazy Lincoln - 1983 Half Closed Eye Lincoln Cent

So I found this coin while looking for the standard DDO on the 1983 P penny. It basically looks like Lincoln's eye is half closed. I call him lazy lincoln. I couldn't find information on if this was a thing. Has anyone seen this before on other varieties? I've uploaded the eye from the coin I found as well as another 1983 P penny.

I found one like it the other day. I think John is right. a well placed hit. I will see if I can find the one I have. Not sure if it was an 83.
