Yes the red does look different on both coins, but I think it a result of the photography. Likely the same dye or colour was used. You'd have to have two different coins in hand to really appreciate if there was a colour difference.

The second pic, from the RCM, is most likely not a photo of a real coin, it is an image generatated by their design software before any dies were made or coins produced.

domys, is not talking about the red colour, they are talking about what appears to be black or dark water. I can tell you 100% the only colour applied to this coin is the red leaves..the water is not dark, it is just a different striking finish..if you tilt the coin you can make the water look darker, but not as dark as it appears in the rendered photo .

Seems to me Domys is asking about the dots where his arrows point.
Even if they are in the other photo they cant be seen due to the lighting. IMO

One or both of the images are not of a real coin.
Some images are produced by the RCM design software long before an actual coin is struck.
How can we discuss varieties by looking at software generated images of a coin.
Sheesh!

Seems to be a misunderstanding here
I dont care if its computer generated or not, the point is I believe the OP was referring to the dots and obviously he see's them on one pic but not the other. Even if Domys just want to compare pictures then thats up to him.
Personally I dont care either way.

It would seem the area of the dots turns black when tilted as in the 2nd pic....what Silverwolf said. Turn out the lights at night, you can't see the furniture, doesn't mean it's all gone missing.....
