Singapore P23 New Variety Or Krause Catalog Error

I recently purchased a Singapore P23 100 Dollar note but cannot find it listing the Krause Catalog of World Paper Money 17 Edition.

A/16 Note is 23?. It has a Solid Security Foil and Hu Tsu Tau signature. Seems to fall somewhere between 23a and 23b. What is the Catalog Number of this note?

Unless I am reading the Catalog all wrong.

Any help is appreciated. I am sure the note is real. The 100 UV printing on the back shows under UV light.

The Catalog lists 23b as Segmented Security Foil and Goh Keng Swee signature.

A/23 Note is 23c. Segmented Security Foil and Hu Tsu Tau signature.

Looks pretty faded and 'blurry', was their that much difference in the coloration between the issues? The 23b seems to be a much clearer printing as to detail.

The bottom note is a P23c. The difference is the Security Foil and signature. Not the colour of the note. The Security Foil on the 2nd note is segmented.
