It's reduced, meaning that the metal (flan) was much too small for the dies.

Second one is a provincial, but I don't recognize it. It would have a Greek legend on both sides... can you make out the letters? On the reverse, I see a person standing at a tripod altar. If I had to take a stab in the dark, I would say the bust looks the most like Philip I?

On right It could be (1.letter)C or L then XAV last most liklyC or G
On left C or G then O L A and 1 more letter I can't figure out
