So I figured out how to make the Pic Collage, Thanks Dustin6/Coop.

Do you see any difference between these two LIBERTY's from a 2011d cent?

Coop,Is it like chicken COOP, or Co-Op?

Thanks,Mitch

Nice work on the collage, I do see some extra thickness on the letters.

Coop short for Cooper.

Looks like it there is a difference, it would be minor. But at least you figured out the side by side process. Good job on that.

It takes time to learn everything. I'm still learning. SO it comes in waves. When there is a new thread, read it and see what you answer is. then read the other posts to see what others think it is. That is the way to learn. Make it a detective event on each new post or previous posts, and see if you can see what the answer is. (some may even write it down to follow a thread later. title-answer then check to see what develops.
I often explain what I see/don't see on a thread rather than just give a yes or no answer.
I like to help other see what I'm seeing and why it is, what it is.
Sometimes I'm even wrong. So it is a continuous learning process.

Yeah I've been doing that when I think I know what the answer is. It seems like theres defiantly a hump every collector needs to get to the other side of. Or there are at least stages with every type of coin issue that takes a little time and research to grasp. I'm sure a lot of people get discouraged and or frustrated being told something other than what they want to hear.

I just want to be able contribute and not just ask "what's this" all the time.
But it's starting to come to me a little at a time.

Thanks

That is my goal. To know/see what I'm seeing on a coin. Then fewer of these will appear on students who remember. I don't view this as a wasted effort. It just brings out more of the teacher in everyone to explain it to new students. (we all started out there at one time)

Coop told me this awhile back - look at the post, make my assessment and then see what the experts say on it. Sometimes I just note it for myself and follow the post and other times I post on it with what I see (but only if I am not going to be too embarrassed if I am wrong). It really does help in the learning process and my learning curve been pretty slow especially on the DDO front. You learned to do the side by sides much faster than I. Good job
